I was awarded the Chiefs Award here's the metal and why.
"Deputy Christopher Kratzer is a phenomenal deputy who runs one of the busiest courts in Matheson. He uses his positive attitude and humor to foster positive relationships with colleagues and court staff alike. Despite the demanding nature of his very busy court, Deputy Kratzer is always looking for opportunities to help.
On one occasion a man walked into the Courthouse with a stab wound to his leg. It was clear that the tourniquet was not stopping the blood. Deputy Kratzer recognized what was happening and stepped in to correct the situation. He adjusted the tourniquet and tightened it down to stop the blood loss. Deputy Kratzer is a prime example of how to succeed as a bailiff, deputy, and member of the Sheriff's Office".
